Bistro Vonish, the vegan supper club that tried to raise money for restaurant space focusing on vegan fine dining, now has a trailer on Manor Road. It officially opened on last Friday, January 2, and features a vegan menu that includes pizza, kolaches, and sweets.

Engineer-turned-chef Crag Vanis attempted to raise funds for the brick and mortar through Kickstarter in 2013 and Indiegogo last summer, but failed to meet their goals both times. The trailer’s Yelp page currently has three rave reviews, including one Yelper who wrote,

I know places doing animal-free, but not many doing vegan Béchamel for pasta Mornay or a chocolate Mousseline from dairy-free Chantilly. Impressive stuff here. And more surprisingly, it tastes great.
