Behold The Original Menu For Youngblood's, Set For an Austin Revivial

A group of Texas hospitality veterans will bring back Youngblood's later this year.

A long-lost Texas chain restaurant will come back to life next year thanks to Lenoir's Todd Duplechan and alums of both Jeffrey's and The Four Seasons. The new Youngblood's will offer healthier options in addition to their iconic fried chicken, and is expected to open on Airport west of I-35 later in 2015. At one point, the chain stretched across the state with 30 locations before shutting down in the 70's. Have a look at the original menu, from the Austin History Center archives.
