Cultishly-adored Ramen Tatsu-Ya on South Lamar will finally open to the public on Sunday, January 25. The kitchen and staff tested out the new facilities during the soft opening week, which continues until tomorrow. The restaurant posted on their Instagram yesterday that they will be offering 10% off food tonight and Saturday. Eater photographer Robert J. Lerma got a first look at the new space. Take in the warm hip details, like the wheat-pasted mural, wooden notes, and red, white, and black motif.
