Jimmy Kimmel and his late-night team bought lunch from Terry Black’s Barbecue for their first SXSW meeting with host venue the Long Center, according to a tweet by the space. Earlier this month, Jimmy Kimmel Live! announced the show would return to SXSW for live tapings from March 16-20.

Last week, Kimmel put out a call for commercial ideas from Austin small businesses that he and Texas’ favorite actor Matthew McConaughey would film. During his time at SXSW last year, he tried to pick out the best barbecue Austin has to offer, but failed to come up with a winner. Maybe he’ll have better luck this time.
