Pflugerville Will Get Giant Mixed-Use Project with 22 Restaurants

The North ’burbs will get a slew of new businesses.

A major mixed-use development project for Pflugerville was announced yesterday, according to the Statesman. In the works will be at least 22 restaurants and three hotels. The newspaper reports,

Plans call for 22 restaurants, entertainment venues, a luxury hotel and three business-class hotels, in addition to about 1.6 million square feet of office space spread across several multi-story buildings and new residential options.

The Pflugerville Crossing project will span 119 acres at 130 Toll Road NEAR Farm to Market Road 685. The development, which was approved by the Pflugerville City Council this week, will cost over $600 million.
