SXSW Interactive’s food-focused SouthBites line-up got even bigger with another round of announcements today, including new panelists and sessions. Barbecue master Aaron Franklin will participate in a panel about technology, social media, and the celebrity chef, while the Peached Tortilla’s Eric Silverstein will speak about franchising a food truck. Odd Duck chef Sam Hellman-Mass will also talk about how small farms can sustain people.

The SouthBites trailer park will return as well, featuring East Side King, Chil'lantro, Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream, and more. Already announced were keynote speaker Momofuku’s David Chang and a panel with Eater editor-in-chief Amanda Kludt. The three-day food programming event will take place at the Driskill from March 14-16.
