Bryce Gilmore's Barley Swine debuted its snacks and drinks menu yesterday, alongside its tasting-menu only option. The restaurant’s happy hour special, or what they call "The Hour of Snacks and Drinks," will take place every weekday from 5:30-6:30pm. No reservations are needed, and seating will be available at the bar and communal table. Snacks, including some dishes from the tasting menu, will be available individually. Beer and wine will also be served. The first night’s menu included sunchoke tots, foie gras doughnuts, and grilled pork ribs, but it will change often. Monday's full menu follows:
