Aaron Franklin is famously obsessed with espresso, from Franklin Barbecue's iconic espresso barbecue sauce to the shots powering his very early mornings. Now he's added a dedicated coffee truck to Franklin Barbecue's side yard. People lining up in the morning to wait in the epic line can stay warm with coffee or hot chocolate from Legend Coffee Co. The China Spring, Texas-based trailer debuted on New Year’s Eve. The menu features espressos and coffees made with local roasts from Barrett's Micro Roast Coffee, as well as baked goods and teas.
