Delish, the downtown bakery that recently teamed up with mash-up pastry chef Callie Speer, will be open for business on Saturday, January 17. The space was temporarily closed for renovations. Speer will remain the pastry chef for Swift’s Attic and the upcoming Wu Chow while still running the bakery. The current owner, Lisa Matulis-Thomajan, will still remain at Delish. Speer’s new items will appear in the shop starting on Tuesday.
