The list is broken up into two categories: meat, with brisket from Freedmen's and sausage from Micklethwait Craft Meats, and sides, including corn from Valentina's and cabbage from Brown's Bar-B-Que. COCKTAIL WIRE — Tickets for the Official Drink of Austin contest on Thursday, February 26 are now on sale. The early bird tickets are currently $45, but will rise to $55 on February 2. This year, instead of individual bartenders, bars will compete as teams. [EaterWire]
