The Qui and East Side King team cowboyed up to cater an event in Fort Worth over the weekend, and the menu included a serious spread of smokey meats. Smoked wagyu ribs, pork ribs, and grilled turkey wings were all on offer. Paul Qui is also teaming up with Aaron Franklin for an exclusive dinner on January 25, which will presumably involved even more meat smoking. ZOMG ESK BBQ?
