SXSW Interactive greatly expands their food programming this year with a three day SouthBites programming track. In addition to keynote speaker David Chang, the festival will host over thirty talks from chefs (Andrew Zimmern), producers (Counter Culture Coffee's Erin Meister), and food media (Eater's own editor in chief Amanda Kludt on 72 Ways Food Can Change The World). The talks will be hosted at the Driskill Hotel, and additional events evening events are planned, including a wrap party at the SouthBites food court.
