The burgeoning Windsor Park neighborhood will get a new restaurant and coffee shop from longtime neighborhood residents. Odelay and The Upper East Side are slated for 5811 Berkman Drive in the site of a former grocery store. According to the project's Facebook page, Odelay is designed "for professionals and families in the Windsor Park and Mueller neighborhoods" and will serve "a farm-to-table Texas-bistro menu with global influences." Adjacent coffee shop The Upper East Side will also be a coworking space.

Local event and concert production company The Electric Company appears to be behind the project. Both the restaurant and coffee shop are slated for early 2015.
