New Chef and Menu at Bess Bistro; Very Cheap Martinis at Parish Underground; Franklin Barbecue Cookbook

WEST 6TH — There's a new chef, new menu, and new culinary focus at Bess Bistro. Under Roman Murphy, the restaurant will pivot from a French/Cajun influence to New American cooking with "Asian, French, and Spanish elements," according to a press release.
