Two More National Chain Restaurants to Open in Mueller

The massive east side development Mueller bills itself as "a mixed-use urban village" and a "sustainable community," but it's a sustainable urban village with a whole lot of chain restaurants. The Austin Business Journal recently noted two more are en route: faux "country French cafe" chain La Madeline, and California-based Pieology, serving fast casual "kustom pizza." Cultishly loved local chain Torchy's Tacos is also slated to hit Mueller sometime this fall.
