A new Japanese-influenced coffee shop is in the works on Springdale Road from the partners behind mega-hits Kome and East Side King. According to a job posting on Poached, Kome's Kayo Asazu and East Side King's Moto Utsunomiya will open Sa-Tén in the Canopy studio complex at 916 Springdale Road.
The cafe will serve "coffee, espresso drinks, and tea along with light casual fare with some Japanese influence." They're hiring a kitchen manager, line cooks, and baristas. Eater has reached out for more details; watch this space for updates.
