82 Years of Tradition at Texas Institution Black's Barbecue

Black's Barbecue in Lockhart is on a major expansion tear, but that doesn't mean they've forgotten their roots. The 82-year-old former meat market still uses a pit from the 1940's, and pitmaster Kent Black is the third generation of the family to run the business.
