Qui Rolls Deep at the MAD Symposium in Copenhagen

Paul Qui continues his 2014 world tour with a stop at the MAD Symposium in Copenhagen, Denmark. Hosted by chef René Redzepi of Noma, and co-curated by chef Alex Altala of D.O.M. in Brazil, the conference is one of the premiere gatherings for big-name chefs across the globe. A large number of Qui's key staff members have joined as well: pictured from left to right are Qui's chef de cuisine Jorge Hernandez, sous chef Clinton Kendall, Deana Saukam, Paul Qui, restauranteur Jesse Herman of La Condesa and Sway, and Qui's GM Bill Mann.
