Paul Qui continues his 2014 world tour with a stop at the MAD Symposium in Copenhagen, Denmark. Hosted by chef René Redzepi of Noma, and co-curated by chef Alex Altala of D.O.M. in Brazil, the conference is one of the premiere gatherings for big-name chefs across the globe.
