WESTLAKE — World-renowned granite sculptor Jesús Moroles is installing a piece right now outside the newest branch of Chinatown. Moroles received a National Medal of the Arts, amongst other honors. He will be working outside the restaurant tonight until at least 7:30 p.m. [Eaterwire]
