Father-Son Restaurant 416 Bar & Grille Heads to Burnet

The ever-accelerating Burnet Road restaurant boom continues with a neighborhood bar and grill serving "Americana cuisine," run by a father-son chef team. According to The Austin Business Journal, John and Colin Jurey will open 416 Bar & Grille at 5011 Burnet Road in a newly constructed building with a whopping 100 parking spots.

John Jurey is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and worked at various Whole Foods locations across the country. Colin Jurey grew up working in his father's restaurant in St. Augustine, and most recently cooked at 24 Diner. The restaurant is slated for fall 2014.
