Local roaster Cuvee Coffee's new "retail coffee bar" has set an opening date: August 11. According to a press release, the shop will offer offer pour-over coffee, espresso, as well as their nitrogenated cold brewed coffee on tap. There will also be nine taps for craft beer, because no self-respecting Austin coffee shop can open without craft beer.
In the release, founder Mike McKim cryptically says, "Our new concept will challenge people at first, because it is different than what they are used to in a coffee shop." Brace, Austin.
