ROSEDALE — Speaking of Uchi, vegetarians are getting a serious upgrade at Uchiko. The restaurant will roll out a vegetarian-only omakase available monthly, as well as a vegetarian sake social hour every Monday, starting Monday, August 11. [Eaterwire]
