Permits have been filed for a mysterious restaurant called Pitchfork Pretty at 2708 E. Cesar Chavez, according to The Chronicle. The team behind the restaurant are mother and son Deborah Hugonin and Seth Baas, who previously owned a restaurant in San Diego. [Chronicle]
