The patio-only pulutan menu at Qui is at the forefront of America's bar food evolution, according to the Esquire Network. In this exclusive clip, Best Bars in America visits Qui's bar to sample chef Paul Qui's take on Filipino pub food like kinilaw, a Filipino ceviche, sizzling sissig, made with pig face. Bartender Justin Elliott also makes an appearance preparing Qui's Official Drink of Austin, a tepache cocktail which won the Austin Food & Wine Alliance's cocktail competition earlier this year. The full episode will air tonight at 9 p.m. on the Esquire Network, featuring bars like Char No. 4 in Brooklyn and Buffa's in New Orleans.
