Paul Qui's flagship restaurant Qui is the latest restaurant to go tasting menu only, and that transition starts tonight. Paul Qui previously told Eater he planned to switch to a tasting menu format this summer in advance of opening their separate ticketed tasting room. After a successful test of the tasting menu format, the restaurant officially goes all-tasting tonight. Prices are $65 for the standard menu, and $55 for the vegetarian option. Qui tells The Statesman prices will hover between $60-$75.

Qui has also rolled out an expanded pulutan menu on their patio. This a la carte menu features Filipino pub food at modest price points; the options have been expanded from six to thirteen. Exclusive patio cocktails and jelly beer have been added as well. Take a look at the new Qui below.
