Hotly anticipated new butcher shop and restaurant Dai Due is not messing around with the whole "local" thing. In addition to measures like serving only Texas wine (only made with Texas grapes) to sourcing only local, completely grass fed beef, their decor is hyper-local as well. Above is a sneak peek of the restaurant's concrete bricks molded in local Texas tofu containers. Dai Due is slated to open within the next few weeks.
