For Eater's Five Days of Meat, Banger's kindly agreed to bring back a very distinctive meat on a stick: their lamb kofta. For one night only, they will offer the lamb kofta with a roasted tomato and saffron cous cous with almonds and chick peas, as well as a cucumber yogurt sauce.
