Bufalina owner Steven Dilley chats with Eater National about his crazy-successful first year. Dilley left a career as a trader to open his own restaurant with no prior industry experience, and is an Eater Young Gun Semi-Finalist by virtue of his restaurant's rave reviews from critics and diners alike.
