Long-in-the-works coffee shop Seventh Flag softly opens today on South First. The cafe will serve Cuvee Coffee and boasts an honest-to-goodness flag. Formerly known as Outpost Coffee, the cafe was originally slated to open last fall but ran into permitting snags. Hours today are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
