Playful Bistro The Scarlet Rabbit Will Open Tuesday, July 1

The Round Rock restaurant boom (yes, really) continues with The Scarlet Rabbit, a Texas bistro with an Alice in Wonderland theme. According to a Facebook posting from chef Rob Snow, the restaurant will open this Tuesday, July 1. Take a look at their menu, as well as a look around their playful decor, which features Wonderland touches like backwards-running clocks.

The restaurant is a joint project between Rob Snow and Quality Seafood alum Rich Taylor. Snow also serves farm-to-table comfort food at Greenhouse Craft Food in Round Rock, which he opened as an antidote to the suburb's chain-filled restaurant scene. The Scarlet Rabbit will be a "black tablecloth" bistro.
