DOWNTOWN — For the first time, David Bull's fine dining restaurant Congress will offer an a la carte menu in addition to their prix fixe options. According to a press release, the special summer menu will highlight lighter flavors and preparations, like an arugula salad with burrata and a fava bean risotto as part of an expanded pasta program. SOUTH FIRST — Popular food truck Regal Ravioli is on the move to the former La Barbecue space in order to anchor a new Italian-themed food trailer park there. The Statesman reports tenants will include 40N, a Neapolitan pizza trailer. [Statesman]

QUI NOTES — Paul Qui talks Qui's new tasting room, and the restaurant's continued evolution with Zagat. On the service approach: "I'm pushing my management and chefs to think about this not so much like a regular restaurant but to think about each day like we're at a supper club — to create the best dining experience we can."
