Lawsuits

wholefoodsaustin.jpgAn ex-Whole Foods worker is suing the company following a painful run-in with a gelato machine. The former employee, who was working at the North Lamar location, says lack of training and missing/damaged finger guards on the machine caused her to "lose a finger and severely damag[ed] another." She has filed suit "asking for as much as $1 million." [KXAN]
