LaV Launches Happy Hour With Mezzes, Drink Specials

Swanky East 7th hot spot LaV has a new happy hour. Per Matthew Odam, the restaurant is now serving "a selection of small plates Tuesday through Saturday from 5 pm. to 6:30 p.m." in the bar, wine bar and patio areas. Said plates, which LaV calls "mezzes," range from $1.50-$7 and include things like harissa chicken wings, housemade pita with dips and fattoush. Accompanying drink specials include $8 specialty cocktails, while select wines are priced at $7 a glass or $28 a bottle. (Perhaps this will satiate early reviewers who found the wine list on the pricy side?)
