Local butcher shop and restaurant Salt & Time was featured on National Geographic's Instagram account in advance of a story on "America's love affair with beef." That's butcher Geoffrey Guinard breaking down some of the butcher's locally sourced beef. Salt & Time can't guarantee they'll appear in the magazine, but owner Ben Runkle says the photographer spent a whole day shooting the butchers at work.
