Sway Launches Jelly Beer; Chef Kitchens Profiled; Weather Up's Supper Club

SOUTH FIRSTSway has launched a new summery beverage called jelly beer. According to CultureMap, jelly beer is a bit hard to define. Owner Jesse Herman tells CM: "We imported a special machine from Thailand that chills the beer below freezing, without it actually freezing, and once the bottle is open it freezes before you eyes, but in a really unique, drinkable and hard-to-explain-until-you-see-it way."
