Your Mom's Shutters on Airport, Bun Belly Moves In

Your Mom's Burger Bar will shutter their last remaining location on Airport to make way for a new Vietnamese concept, The Chronicle reports The owners of Pho Thaisson are launching new restaurant Bun Belly, "a fast casual Asian eatery" which will focus on banh mi and bun bowls.

The Chronicle also notes that Quang Vuong and Kim Thai of Pho Thaisson have an option to use the former Tamale House space, which will host a separate concept still in development. As for Your Mom's, they've retained their trademark and name for the stuffed burger concept first begun on East Cesar Chavez, and could potentially reopen in a new space.
