The South Lamar restaurant boom continues with a new Italian project from downtown's La Traviata.

A tipster sent along a picture of the following permit posting for Bella '04, which a rep for La Traviata confirms is a project from that restaurant. The restaurant could not share any menu or opening details at this time, though this Facebook posting promises carbonara.
