The Dallas branch of Kung Fu Saloon has been accused of using their dress code as a cover for racist door policies. This is not the first time a black patron has alleged the mini-chain denied them entry for wearing clothes white patrons wore without issue; a similar controversy erupted in Austin last year. [EDFW]
