East 6th cocktail phenom Whisler's softly opened a secret upstairs bar over the weekend, and Eater has a sneak peek inside. The previously rumored bar is focused on mezcal, reportedly an obsession of bar manager Cesar Aguilar, who helped shape the mezcal and tequila program at La Condesa before heading to Whisler's.
