Veracruz All Natural to Open a Restaurant on Cesar Chavez

It's official: beloved taco trailer and migas masters Veracruz All Natural are opening a restaurant on East Cesar Chavez. The Statesman reports that the restaurant will open at 2301 E. Cesar Chavez, right across the street from Juan in a Million.

The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. - 11 p.m., and according to The Statesman both the original trailer on Cesar Chavez as well as The Grackle location will remain open. Co-owner Reyna Vasquez tells Eater she also hopes to expand their monthly Sunday brunch at the new restaurant, and previously suggested the menu may expand to include enchiladas and other plates as well. Veracruz will also open a third, new trailer in South Austin at forthcoming coffee and beer bar Radio Coffee and Beer.
