Antonelli's Announces Pairing Classes; Helping Food Trucks Compost; Taps & Flaps Returns at Buzzmill

ZOMG CHEESE — Cheese heaven Antonelli's has partnered with a number of local bars and restaurants to teach a series of cheese and beverage pairing classes. The first will be held on Sunday, May 11 at Houndstooth Coffee, and future events are scheduled at qui, Drink.Well, and more. The full schedule is below. [Eaterwire]

RESPONSIBLE MEALS ON WHEELS — Food truck owners not in established courts have had a hard time composting or recycling their oil. KUT reports that the city council has instructed staff to come up with a revision to the current zoning code that will make compositing on site easier for all trucks. [KUT]

EAST RIVERSIDE — The Buzzmill is relauncing their "Flaps and Taps" party tonight. The coffee and beer bar will tap a new keg every Thursday, while trailer Blue Ox Barbecue will serve up their pulled pork pancake taco. Tonight's beer is Breckenridge Avalanche, and the beer is free while it lasts. [Eaterwire]
