Tiny and beloved restaurant Lenoir is opening a kitchen and cookbook store, and The Statesman's Addie Broyles has more details on their new project, including a name: Métier. According to The Statesman:
Todd Duplechan and Jessica Maher, the couple behind the South First restaurant Lenoir, are turning the Flashback Vintage space next to their restaurant into Métier, a cookbook and kitchen store that will open this summer . . . Métier will sell books that might be hard to find elsewhere, including high-level culinary books targeted toward food professionals and vintage cookbooks.Eater previously reported the restaurant's plans to branch out into retail when the restaurant posted a job listing for the store.
