New fancy resort-style apartment complex Corazon will be home to a new "small batch" gelateria called Gelateria Gemelli. Per Corazon's Facebook page:
Gelateria Gemelli, an artisanal gelato shop run by Italian-trained Gelatieri. Inspired by the the traditional old world method of gelato production in small batches with high quality seasonal ingredients, Gelateria Gemelli will produce a number of classic and progressive flavors. Gemelli will also serve espresso and amaro.Corazon will feature a number of restaurant and retail outlets; other confirmed tenants as of this time are Spartan Pizza and The Bee Grocery.
