More Details on Noble Sandwich Co. Central, Now Open

Noble Sandwich Co. revealed more details about their newly opened Burnet Road location, including plans to extend hours in the coming weeks. The shop notes on Twitter that they are currently in a "soft opening" phase and may open beyond their traditional 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday -Sunday in the coming weeks.

The new location features six new sandwiches and will soon offer online ordering, according to a press release sent out today. The restaurant sports an outdoor patio as well as indoor seating. Check out the full release below.

Word's Out! Noble Sandwich Co. Officially Opens on Burnet Road

Austin, TX (April 2, 2014) – Looks like the secret's out! Yesterday, news of Noble Sandwich Co.'s opening on Burnet Road broke on Austin American-Statesman restaurant critic, Matthew Odam's Twitter account. As of Tuesday, April 1, the nationally-acclaimed sandwich shop, charcuterie and delicatessen, is officially open at its second location at 4508 Burnet Rd., Austin, Texas.

Featuring newly remodeled interiors, "hunger rush" online ordering, dedicated take-out parking and seating to accommodate up to 42 patrons inside and 32 on the outdoor patio, the highly anticipated Central Austin store is an exciting addition to the burgeoning Burnet Road area. The new location also boasts a number of new menu items including six additional sandwich options, "salad style" wraps, gluten free items and alcoholic beverages. Expanding their breakfast menu, Noble Sandwich Co.'s new store will also feature breakfast choices including waffles, grits, and eggs, among traditional breakfast items.

Noble Sandwich Co.'s new location will be open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
