Now Open: Sushi Junai, Maudie's at The Triangle, & More

1) All you can eat sushi has moved into the old Cherry Street location, according to The Statesman. Sushi Junai charges $25 for all you can eat sushi, and their BYOB option pairs nicely with a convenient Twin Liquors located next door. According to a Twitter posting by Jennifer Sinski, they have some pretty hilarious names for their rolls, like "Salmon Ass" and "What The Hell." [Statesman]

2) Maudies has officially opened their newest outpost in The Triangle. The chain's seventh location features "Mexican bohemian" decor according to a press release. [Eaterwire]

3) Speaking of chains coming to new developments, Smashburger officially opened their Mueller location today. The third location of the Colorado-based chain in Austin, and their first in the central part of the city. [Eaterwire]

4) Fancy sports bar The Park South Lamar opened in mid-March; it's the second outpost of The Park at the Domain. [Yelp]

5) One Yelper has reviewed Casa Chapala, which is now soft open in their new location at 9041 Research Blvd. Their former location on Anderson is the future home of Fork & Vine. [Yelp]
