CAMPUS — The Statesman has more details on the changes afoot at The Carillon. The restaurant has recently introduced a new spring menu, with prix fixe options at the $40, $50, and $60 levels. They are also opening their lunch buffet to the public, and will soon roll out a bar menu. Minor renovations are slated for the bar and dining area. [Statesman]
