Counter Cafe to Open a Second Location on East 6th

Tiny and beloved Counter Cafe has joined the East 6th restaurant boom. A sign outside 1914 East 6th, a former post office, declares Counter Cafe is "coming soon," and a call to the restaurant confirmed that they are opening a second location. No details yet on their hours or menu.

The redesigned building will also be home to a yet-to-be named second restaurant from Ben Edgerton and Andrew Wiseheart of Contigo. Counter Cafe's original location on Lamar serves breakfast and lunch, and are especially known for their burgers. Watch this space for updates, and take a look at the whole building below.
