Cedar Park In-N-Out Close to Opening; Pinthouse Pizza's Opening Day Madness; SFC 'Chef Series' Dinner

CEDAR PARK — The Austin area's third In-N-Out Burger is getting close to opening, according to Big Red Dog Engineering's Facebook page. The new location of the cultishly loved California chain could open as early as mid to late April according to a rep for the company. [Facebook/Eaterwire]

BRENTWOODPinthouse Pizza has a whole lot of specials running tonight, in addition to a meet the brewer event. From their Facebook page: "Come on in to get your last taste of our popular Banh Mi pizza (for at least a little while), enjoy Opening Day Baseball games along with our Happy Hour from 5-6 PM and our Reverse Happy Hour from 9-10 PM, B.O.M. Brewery's Meet the Brewer event runs from 5-7 PM with Head Brewer, Bert Van Hecke, and then we cap off the night with a Ballast Point Fathom IPL PINT NIGHT, which kicks off at 7 PM!" [Facebook]

DOWNTOWN — The Sustainable Food Center is hosting a dinner with many of Austin's most prominent chefs at La Condesa on April 13. La Condesa's Rick Lopez, Sways' Alexis Chong, Paul Qui and Jorge Hernandez and more will be cooking using locally sourced ingredients. Tickets are $150, and all proceed benefit the SFC. [Eaterwire]
