The new Noble Sandwich Co. is shaping up to be a real looker, based on this sneak peek tweeted by Dieter von Schramm. He says:
Went by Noble Sandwich Co. (formerly Noble Pig) to check the status and it looks like they'll be opening soon! Spoke to a contractor and he said another place is going in next door (next to Pinthouse Pizza) called Fork & Taco.Eater can confirm Fork & Taco is the name of a restaurant going in at this location, but they've kept a low profile. If you have intel, please do share.
Noble Sandwich Co. last reported that they were shooting for a March opening; their Burnet road location has been in the works since last May, and was originally slated to open in Fall 2013. Noble Sandwich's far west location recently reopened and is now serving breakfast.
