A chef shuffle is afoot at Larry McGuire's South Congress restaurant Perla's. Current chef Richard Falbo is moving to D.C., and Lamberts executive chef Zach Davis will be overseeing daily operations. A rep for McGuire Moorman provides the following statement:
Richard Falbo is leaving Perla's after two years to be closer to family in DC. Zach Davis, our Lamberts Executive Chef is moving up to oversee both properties and we are moving around and promoting other sous chefs to insure that each restaurant continues to thrive. Zach has done a great job at Lamberts and we are excited to see him take on a new challenge. We also thank Rich for his solid tenure at Perla's and wish him the best of luck in DC.
